IPL MEMBER farmers will be linked with the Company as investors with their investment of agricultural knowledge, money, and time, and IPL will ensure their prosperity through agribusiness by providing them a one-stop solution for their agribusiness needs. This will address their farming requirements, followed by post-harvest management and market access to ensure an increase in their income by many folds.

Remunerative, pre-fixed, or MSP-based prices will be offered to the farmers for their produce under a participatory agriculture model.

Farmers will be provided with the required agri-inputs, technological support, extension services, training, and capacity building.
